My "3 Day Refresh" 3 Day Cleanse Review

Let me start by mentioning, this was my first cleanse ever!

In the past, when I thought of the word "cleanse", all I could think of was drinking these weird juices or eating cayenne pepper, which I was interested in doing.

Also, I always had it in my mind that the really good cleanses are super expensive.

When I heard about the 3 day refresh, what made me want to try it was the fact that you actually get to eat "normal" food.

So I bought a few weeks ago at Beachbody coach summit, and started Tuesday, July 15th.

Ok, so what do you get to eat??

MORNING: When you wake up in the morning you drink 8-10 oz glass of water. Then, for breakfast you drink a Shakeology smoothie + 1 serving from the Fruit list.

Optional: Morning Tea. 1 cup herbal or green tea(optional).

MID-MORNING: "Fiber Sweep" smoothie(taste: not too bad, but not my favorite)

LUNCH: "Vanilla Fresh" smoothie(taste: really tasty vanilla flavor, loved it!) + 1 serving from the Fruit list + 1 serving from the Vegetable list, +1 serving from the Healthy Fats list.

AFTERNOON SNACK: 1 serving from the Vegetable list + 1 serving from the Healthy Fats list OR raw juice.

Optional: Afternoon Tea. 1 cup herbal
tea(caffeine-free)(stevia sweetener optional)

DINNER: "Vanilla Fresh" smoothie + 1 serving from Dinner Recipes list + 1 cup organic veggie broth(optional)

OPTIONAL: Evening Tea. 1 cup herbal tea.

It comes with a meal guide that gives you a bunch of options for what to eat each day.

Although there weren't a ton of physical changes, I'm down 3 pounds, my muscles feel tighter, I noticed more definition in my abs, I feel a lot more energy, and also more mental clarity.

I was never starving the entire 3 days, and really enjoyed the meals. All in all, I LOVED the 3 day refresh and would totally do it again!
