How To Increase Focus And Get More Done!

When you learn how to increase focus, you'll get soooo much more done, with a LOT less stress!

If you've got a lot on your plate this week, you're definitely NOT alone. I know what helps me stay focussed without losing it, is looking at all I have to do for the week as a "staircase." Instead of looking at the whole staircase, I try to just focus on the 1 step I can take today to move me forward.


Whether its a deadline at work, a project for school, or finding time for your workout routine this week, I know how overwhelming it can feel...


Sometimes we tend to look at the entire staircase every step of the way, then don't even end up taking the FIRST step.


My challenge to you is to take just one step today towards your goal. Then another tomorrow, and repeat for the rest of the week. Don't worry about all the steps it's going to take to get there.
