#1 - Schedule your next 7 days of workouts. Right NOW! Schedule your workouts on your calendar for the next week and make them non-negotiable. If you can, I recommend to workout before you start your day. Morning workouts are the key for most people who are able to lose the weight and keep it off long-term.
Don't wait to get this one done. Like any other goal, it's not real until you write it down or set it in your schedule.

#2 - Get a friend to do this with you. Even a virtual buddy! The idea here is to create layers of accountability to keep you going on the days you don't feel like doing it. If you don't have much support from friends/family, message me and I'll add you to my free secret workout group.

#3 - Let people know about your goal publicly. 
When you do this, you're letting the world know that you're serious about this. Let your coworkers, family & friends know that you're doing this, and would appreciate their support. If you really want this and believe you can, you'll let the people around you know about it.

#4 - Toss out the junk.If you don't buy it, and you can't find it, you won't eat it! One of the biggest problems people run into when they're trying to eat clean or diet is that they have a pantry full of junk food. Toss it out, donate it, whatever you do just get rid of it! Your future abs will thank you.

#5 - Stay consistent.This step is crucial, especially within the first few weeks of a new eating or exercise plan. Just knowing you didn't allow yourself to get off track will give you a HUGE mental boost. If you can't squeeze in a full workout, just do 15-20 minutes of it. Doing this has helped me stay on track, and if you follow it, you'll be reaching your goals before you know it!
