TIP: How To Get Over Your Own Excuses

Are you having trouble making time for your health/fitness goals?

I've found the #1 thing that holds people back from reaching their goals are their own excuses. This is especially true when it comes to exercise and eating healthy.

So, how do you get over the excuse to skip your workout when you're "too busy" or "too tired"....

Do it anyway!! :)

We put off exercise for many different reasons, usually because it’s hard and we get so comfortable in our daily routine, that adding anything else can be really difficult.

I look at it as something I need to do to take care of myself, like eating healthy food and brushing my teeth. You wouldn’t skip brushing your teeth for a week, would you??

Practice telling yourself you’re going to do a workout at a certain time, and then show up! Do it even if you’re tired or feeling lazy.

You’ll find yourself feeling SO much better after you get it done. Plus, you’ll start to master doing things that are a little bit outside of your comfort zone, which will have a huge positive effect on your life. I believe in you!

You got this!!!

p.s... If I could provide you a 21 day workout that was just 30 min daily, with a meal plan that's simple to follow & uses a full-proof color coated portion control system - telling you exactly what to eat(without starving yourself)... and you could lose 10+ lbs in just 3 weeks - would you try it?
