Stepping Outside of my Comfort Zone

So last night I did something that I've ALWAYS wanted to try!

I went to a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class taught by my good friend Rick Dawson. It was totally outside of my comfort zone and a lot harder than I though it'd be, but I had a blast!!

If there's something you've always wanted to do, but let the fear of stepping outside of your comfort zone stop you, I can definitely relate... there's been sooo many times in my life that I let the fear of doing something different stop me from moving forward.

A few years ago I decided(although it's been a work-in-progress....
and still is) to stop living my life for everyone else, and start to live the life I always wanted to. Way too often, we let other peoples opinions determine what we do or don't do. We can't go on living our lives for everyone else... do what's best for YOU, this way you won't have to look back with a ton of regrets or "I wish I would have"s. There's no worse feeling than knowing you could have done a lot more with the life you were blessed with.

Its the things in life that challenge us the most that make us stronger. Do something slightly outside of your comfort every single day!

Remember,
1. Don't let the fear of stepping outside of your comfort zone stop you from moving ahead.
2. Stop letting other peoples opinions stop you from doing what you really want to do.
3. Do something slightly outside of your comfort zone every single day.

What's something you've always wanted to try, but haven't done it yet?
