"I was a junior in college two years ago and I saw a picture of myself that disturbed me. I know that I’ve always been overweight and unhealthy but I’ve always played it off. In high school I was overweight even when I was playing sports. I was not happy then. I actually did lose a lot of weight in high school but it wasn’t in the healthy way and I wasn’t happy because I did not do it for myself. So I ended up gaining most of the weight back and more by the time I got into college. College was interesting because my weight would go up and down because I would be motivated but not for the right reasons to change my life. I also started partying which put a big damper on it. But once junior year came I wanted to change it. I started off slow and the weight begin to fall off but then I got really sick after the end of second semester. I was in the hospital for gastritis and pneumonia. I had to get blood work done and I was at risk for heart disease and diabetes. I wanted to change my life. That’s when I started working out a little more but then something was wrong. I wasn’t progressing like I wanted. It’s now around December and I met Jay. He helped me get some things together and I started to progress a little more. From junior year to second semester of senior year I lost around 40 pounds. However, because of the stress of school and just bad genetics I had high blood pressure. I was sick for a good chunk of second semester which halted my progress. It’s crazy how many road blocks you will come through in life. After graduation I decided once again to go with it and push hard because I was now healthy and ready to change. Since then, I have been changing my workouts around and eating. It easy to forget that eating is just as important as working out. I realized that the reason I wasn’t progressing like I wanted was because I wasn’t eating enough or the right stuff. Now that I am eating right and working out hard I am finally seeing and more importantly feeling the change! I have a goal that by the time I turn 25 (two years) I want to compete in my first show. It’s on my bucket list and I am determined to see it go through. I’m not perfect but I am working to be the best I can possibly be! Keep at it and don’t give up. We can do this!" -Cory

When me and Lodz started working together, she told me her goal was toas look good in a bikini for your trip to the Bahamas and she DID IT in only 60 Days with INSANITY & Shakeology.

"Before starting I felt fat and nasty. I was eating a lot of greasy foods, especially late at night and I felt like I would never be able to lose weight. With stress, having a baby, and dealing with the extra baby weight, I finally got to a point where I was tired of settling for less. I was really skeptical but as soon as I started Chalene Extreme, the weight started coming off and it just kept dropping and dropping. I think my body was so used to not exercising, that once I did, the weight just fell off! Shakeology helped a lot too. It made me feel full, my digestion is better and it helped with my cravings. The vanilla one is bomb! Instead of eating bad stuff at night, now I drink shakeology or freeze it and make it into ice cream. I feel so much more confident about the way I look now.
